Sevki Yuksekkaya

Sevki embarked on his legal journey by completing his initial law degree in Turkey, supplemented by a Graduate Diploma in Law from Staffordshire University. He became an integral part of our firm in 2012, culminating in his qualification as a solicitor in March 2016. As the Head of the Property Department, Sevki has amassed comprehensive experience across the spectrum of commercial and residential real estate transactions, leasehold properties, residential landlord-tenant matters, and the acquisition and sale of companies.

Having cultivated a robust client portfolio, Sevki serves a diverse array of clients, from high net-worth individuals to medium and large corporate clients across industries like health, property, and food sectors. His clients commend his extensive business acumen and commercial knowledge, proactive approach, and practical solutions to complex transactions.

Sevki’s reputation precedes him, as the majority of our new clients come through recommendations from his existing clients and his connections within local charities. Demonstrating his commitment to community service, Sevki actively engages in local charities outside of his professional duties.

Since 2004, Sevki has held dual qualifications as a Solicitor Lawyer and a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. Proficient in both English and Turkish, his language skills enhance his legal practice, enabling him to cater to a diverse clientele.
