Nazmun became a part of our team in 2013 and achieved her qualification as a solicitor in 2016. She has since established herself as a seasoned practitioner in the expansive field of immigration law, including domains such as asylum and human rights. Her extensive portfolio includes cases presented before the First Tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal, High Court, and Court of Appeal.
Nazmun’s speciality lies in the sphere of judicial reviews concerning primary and secondary legislation. In particular, she has honed her expertise in matters related to the European Communities Association Agreement (ECAA) for Turkish businesspersons and workers. This specific focus on the ECAA reflects her commitment to offering comprehensive legal support to a diverse range of clients.
